Our People Scitax offers an outstanding team of professionals, each of whom has at least ten years experience in SR&ED, and more than twenty years in industry prior to entering consulting. All of our technical consultants have at least a bachelor or associate degree, and many have graduate degrees. This team brings nearly one hundred person-years of direct experience with SR&ED tax credit programs in Canada and similar tax incentive programs abroad. All of our senior technical consultants have expert knowledge of the methods, processes, and criteria that CRA use to assess your claim. Although Scitax is a relatively new corporate name, its directors David Hearn and Michael Cadesky are both well-recognized experts in tax credits and related fields. Managing director, David Hearn, has practiced in the SR&ED field since 1993 both independently in his own firm, and as a senior technical consultant at an international accounting firm. Michael Cadesky leads a staff of twenty at the CA firm of Cadesky Associates and is a well known veteran in specialist taxation fields.
